Underground Leadman with Electrical Contractor Inc.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of underground electrical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete the underground installation efficiently and correctly.
- Directly responsible for leading and working along with a crew which typically consists of a helper(s) and an apprentice.
- Scheduling the crew with the U.G. Foreman, site Foreman, Project Managers, G.S. and Superintendents.
- Layout the work and make certain the materials/tools/equipment, and information are on the jobsite in the proper places, ahead of time.
- Maintain a log of maintenance for all equipment used by crew.
- Perform all basic maintenance i.e. greasing, pin and tooth replacements, oil changes etc
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide birth certificate and current driver’s license
- High School diploma or GED; high school transcript
- Evidence of previous experience in electrical field (if any)
- Letter of recommendation from previous or present employer
- DD214 (if veteran)
- Pass drug test
- Current Driver's License and have own transportation, (most job sites are not always served by public transports)
