Field Foreman - Commercial Electrician with SECO of Georgia

Job Summary

The Field Foreman will be responsible for all job site leadership, quality, and accountability.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Communication with general contractor's superintendent
2. Day to day leadership of electrical team
3. Development of less experienced electricians
4. Ensuring that projects are completed in accordance with the NEC and other applicable codes
5. Ensuring that projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget
6. Coordinate job staffing, material orders, and job logistics with the Home Office
7. Report to the Project Manager daily progress on the job site
8. Ensure proper timekeeping on the jobsite
9. Desire to develop and take-on superintendent responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years leading electrical teams

Experience in all of the following:

1. Communication with General Contractors
2. Job Site Leadership
3. Job Planning and Logistics
4. Desire to serve and put the good of others before ones self
5. Computer literacy and comfort working in a computer based environment
6. Desire to grow and learn

The position will require consistent travel in the southeastern United States with some work in the metro Atlanta area.
